Orchard Salad

1 bunch of broccoli (broken into flowerettes)

1 head cauliflower (broken into flowerettes)

2 red apples (sliced thinly – do not peel)

2 Granny Smith apples (sliced thinly – do not peel)

1 cup green grapes

1 cup red grapes

1 cup walnuts (toasted 350 degrees 8 – 10 minutes)

1 cup baby spinach leaves

1 bottle Raspberry Vinaigrette

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and chill.

Serves 10-12
