Italian Meatballs

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

2 cloves garlic (finely minced)

2 tablespoons Olive Oil (EVO)

1 lb.s ground chuck

1/2 pound Italian sausage (removed from casings)

4 slices stale white bread crumbs (crumb in food processor or blender)

1 egg

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons water (more if needed)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon mixed Italian seasonings (dried)

Saute onions and garlic on olive oil.  Combine all ingredients (including onion/garlic mixture) in large bowl.  Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly oil.  Shape meat mixture into 2″ diameter balls and place on baking sheet.  Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve over spaghetti with marinara sauce.
