Fall Ciabatta Sandwiches

3 ciabatta rolls (sliced in half to make 6 flat pieces)

olive oil (EVO)

1/4 cup apple butter

1/4 cup Dijonaise mustard

1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced Black Forest Ham

12 ounces thinly sliced extra sharp white cheddar cheese

Place ciabatta rolls, cut side up, on baking sheet.  Lightly brush with olive oil and broil just until edges start to brown (1-2 minutes).  Spread each slice with apple butter and Dijonaise mustard.  Top with sliced ham and then sliced cheese.  Broil until cheese is bubbly (2 -3 minutes)>

NOTE:  Cheese will burn quickly under broiler.
